What we offer our coaches

• Community: Our growing network of coaches support each other with best practices and resources.

• Library of resources: We are curating a continuously expanding library of resources, which is being created in real-time through our network of coaches. Choose activities from the library or flex your experience and creativity to create your own!

• Participants who want to be there: Our clubs are completely voluntary, meaning children choose to attend and are eager to participate.

• Innovative technology: eClubHouse uses the most cutting edge collaborative learning technology through Engageli. You will be one of the first teachers to use the platform and your feedback will help us continue making the platform better for millions of teachers and students.

• Flexibility: You control your schedule and decide when you are available to coach your club.

• Supplemental income: Coaches are contractors who are compensated hourly.

Responsibilities

​

​

• Prepare and facilitate after school clubs for kids ages 6-12.

• Answer homework related questions.

• Lead group activities and games.

• Communicate with parents as needed before and after each session.

• Provide supervision of all participants through the Engageli platform.

• Contribute content into a shared library.

• Provide feedback about the Engageli technology platform.

• Available 3-6 hours per week in the afternoons.

Skills & Qualifications

​

​

• Experience as an educator, camp counselor, tutor, or childcare professional.

• Passion for creative, hands-on, and collaborative learning environments.

• Background in facilitating virtual activities that are engaging, inclusive, and creative. 

• Curious to learn an innovative remote learning platform and willing to share feedback.

• Collaborative contributor into a dynamic community of fellow coaches.

• Thrives in a fast-moving and quickly evolving (virtual) environments.

• Ability to remain calm and patient in uncertain situations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Ability to complete a background check.
